Dialogue for a new Presence of Leadership

A new era for humanity is emerging and with it new forms of participating in business, community, and politics. The old form of the leader as mythic hero and source of inspiration -- along with its counterpart, the ardent follower -- must transform to show us new avenues for authentic engagement that benefits all involved. If we are to evolve into a wiser society I believe we will have to co-create it, one and all, together.
